Pre-registration closes 5 p.m. CST on Jan. 17, 2007. Walk-ins accepted at the door!

ROOM RATES: Single - $82/night
Double - $82/night

NOTE: Please make your hotel reservations at least 3 weeks in advance to guarantee above room rate for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. When you make your reservations, designate that you will be attending the clinic.

CLINIC FEES: $79/person - Pre-registration
$89/person - At-the-door
$55/student - High school or full-time college (ages 14-22)

REFUND POLICY: If you registered for and are unable to attend the clinic, please request a refund (less $20 for handling) by submitting a WRITTEN REQUEST postmarked 10 days prior to the clinic date. After that, no refunds will be issued as long as the clinic is held. Substitutions may be made by notifying NSC by the pre-registration deadline.
