About Our Clinics
Each
year, the National
Softball Coaches Clinics will attract nearly 3,000 softball coaches across
the United States. Coaches with all levels of knowledge and experience
attend the two-day clinics to learn from the most knowledgeable clinicians,
coaches and players in the game. We provide a relaxed, fun environment
for coaches to improve their knowledge and skills while enjoying the opportunities
to meet other coaches, interact with our clinicians and see many of the
new softball-related products and services on the market.
Exhibitor Space
We
have exhibit space available at each clinic. The size and location of
the exhibit space varies from site to site, so the number of exhibitors we can accommodate varies; for example at some sites,
the exhibits are in a large foyer area just outside the main ballroom
where the clinic takes place, at others, the exhibits may be in a ballroom
just downstairs from the main ballroom. In all cases, the exhibit space
is in very close proximity to the main ballroom to insure a high volume
of traffic.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Exhibit
Packets will be emailed to all companies on our mailing list each September, beginning in 2009.
Exhibitors are responsible for filling out the appropriate forms, either by downloading them from this page and faxing or mailing them, or by completing the online registration and submitting it to National Sports Clinics, with full payment, in order to reserve
exhibit space. National Sports Clinics will not hold space without
full payment. Once space is filled, we will start a waiting list at
each clinic and contact the companies on those lists in the event of cancellations.
National Sports Clinics, Inc., reserves the right to refuse space to any
company or individual.
Advertising & Coaches' Packet Inserts
There
are also other ways to market your softball-related products or services
at our clinics! Each participant receives a Coaches Notebook which includes
outlines for every speaker's topics along with advertisements. This is
an excellent tool to market your product(s) or service(s). Another great
option is to have your catalog or flyer inserted into the Coaches Packets,
or you can provide door prizes to be given away at each clinic and receive
a brief verbal advertisement of the product/service.

note that National Sports Clinics is the official JUGS equipment representative
and supplier at all National Softball Coaches Clinics.
